TECHSPEC® 熔融石英楔形稜鏡專為各種雷射光束轉向應用所設計;這類應用需要 UV-VIS 或第一至第四階 Nd:YAG 諧波抗反射鍍膜。本系列稜鏡經過最佳化處理,確保最高的系統效能,使用各項緊密控制的規格,包括 λ/10 表面平整度、20-10 表面品質,以及 15 角秒的楔形公差。Nd:YAG 鍍膜版本具備高度穿透效果,以及專用於設計波長的保證雷射損傷閾值。TECHSPEC® 熔融石英楔形稜鏡利用楔形設計,可將雷射光束路徑偏離 0.5° – 5°。使用兩個光線偏離相同的楔形稜鏡建立 Risley 稜鏡,可產生楔形偏離兩倍的客製光束轉向。熱膨脹係數低,可確保在高功率雷射應用之中正確的光束轉向。

請注意: 屈光度定義為距棱鏡 1m 處的 1cm 偏差。TECHSPEC® 楔形稜鏡也提供N-BK7 版本

兩個楔形棱鏡可作為變形棱鏡對在光束整形應用中使用(用來校正二極體輸出的橢圓形光束)。或也可用來將光束在全角4T範圍內以各種角度偏折,T是指單一棱鏡偏折的光。這種光束偏轉是透過分別旋轉兩個楔形棱鏡來實現的,通常用於在成像應用中光束掃描不同位置。
