梯度折射率

由三菱開發和製造的光學級光纖有兩種等級，均具有出眾的光學特性，可提高傳輸性能。這兩種光纖的纖芯均由丙烯酸聚合物 PMMA（聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯）製成，外層包裹著一層特殊的氟聚合物薄層，其折射率低於纖芯。光學級光纖的設計目的是在光譜的可見光區域提供更高的傳輸率。應用範圍廣闊，從普通工業光導到短距離資料傳輸。光纖堅韌靈活，但不能承受負荷。

注意: 價格表上所列的價格為每英呎的價格，最小起訂量為10英呎。3mm纖維是較低等級的 Eska® 光纖，僅供商業應用。
