Fluorescence Filter Sets
The TECHSPEC® Fluorescence Filter Set for mCherry Fluorescence Protein features an excitation filter, an emission filter, and a dichroic filter that complement the mCherry spectrum. The excitation filter passes wavelengths within the mCherry excitation/absorption spectrum with a range of 542 - 582nm while the emission filter passes wavelengths within the mCherry emission spectrum with a range of 603 - 678nm.
