這款8.5吋 x 11吋的白色相紙為基底的多光學密度測試卡，是測試光學系統灰階性能的理想工具。測試卡包含15級灰階條紋，光學密度範圍從0.09到1.5，分別以從高到低和從低到高的兩種順序排列。每級光學密度的光學密度增量為0.10。光學密度呈階梯線性變化，從而實現漫反射率的對數分佈。由於對數分佈比線性分佈測試卡，因此能根據實際需求同時提供精細與粗略增量階梯，因此在系統測試中更具優勢。測試卡厚度為0.2毫米。測試卡基底採用相紙，光澤計測量值為32。
