TECHSPEC®高功率雷射光直角稜鏡具有介於2 - 5J/cm2範圍內的高損傷閾值,藉此可輕鬆整合至多數Nd:YAG雷射系統中。這些直角稜鏡具備很低的角秒角度容差,採用精密的紫外線融熔石英製成,因此非常適用於需要精確對準的雷射應用。
