生命科學及
粒子分析?

醫療、生命科學及生物科技產業的各種應用,通常需要整合顯微鏡成像系統及分析儀器,分析非常微小的組織樣品或細胞,以瞭解形狀、尺寸或融合等特性。這類成像系統通常由各種元件組成,其中包括顯微鏡物鏡、濾光片、偏振器、雷射、相機及其他元件。例如明視場暗視場顯微鏡、螢光微分干涉差 (DIC) 顯微鏡等顯微鏡技術,廣泛應用於各式各樣的先進醫療診斷之中。

這類光學和成像元件除了用於分析醫療裝置以外,也應用於粒子分析裝置。例如使用光散射方向性的流體細胞儀,有時也會以多種不同波長的雷射搭配二向色反射鏡及其他濾光片,針對通過流體取樣室的粒子偵測其物理與化學特性。流體細胞術大量應用於生命科學產業,協助細胞計數和分類,但也應用於無機產業協助量化漿料的微粒數量,例如油漆中的二氧化鈦 (TiO2) 粒子數量。
